EnP Emmanuel P. Crucio is a distinguished, results-driven urban planner and public service executive specializing in sustainable, climate-ready, and smart cities. Elevated as a Fellow by the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners (PIEP) in 2023, his career spans local government, academia, and international development, leading multidisciplinary teams to align urban strategies with global sustainability frameworks. Since 2019, EnP Crucio has served as City Government Assistant Department Head II within the Mandaue City LGU, driving strategic master planning, zoning, disaster risk reduction, and housing policy across vital offices, including CPDO, CDRRMO, and HUDO.
